Shipping

Do we ship worldwide?

- No, at the moment we do only ship to specific European countries. However, there is a goal to offer worldwide shipping in the near future.

Which countries does Sneaked Out ship to and what are the shipping prices?

Note: we do not ship to islands, thus every order made from there will be, unfortunately, cancelled (does not apply to the main part of UK). 

Disclaimer: all of the purchases that are subject to customs fees/import fees - have to be declared by the buyer himself.

What courier do we use?

- We use DPD as our delivery partner.

• Every order is typically shipped from us within 1 business day after it was placed.
• Shipping times might vary depending on the number of shipments sent and other factors.

Returns

• Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. Goods can only be returned undamaged, unused, in the original packaging, with undamaged labels. Keep in mind that the shoe box is also part of the product, so be sure to put the original box in another package to return the shoes. The cost of returns for Lithuanian, Latvian and Estonian customers are free. If you are from other countries, then you are responsible for covering the costs of returning the items.
• You can use the same packaging (in which you received the item) to return the goods. If you no longer have this packaging, the goods must be placed in a cardboard box without damaging the original packaging

Terms of returns

• You can return the product within 14 days and void your Buyer/Seller contract, the term is calculated from the next day after receiving the product.
• You have to deliver item yourself of your chosen post office. As we mentioned before, the goods must be returned in their original packaging and properly packaged.

Terms of returned items

We will not be able to accept goods if they match the following criteria’s:

• Were used, worn etc.
• They were damaged
• Their consumer properties were not preserved
• Lost its commercial appearance
• The original labels were removed from them
• Returns in non-original / or original but damaged packaging

Order cancellation

If the item has not been shipped yet and you want to cancel it, please let us know by an email to info@sneakedout.eu. We will transfer the money to the same account from which you paid within 14 days of the cancellation. If the item has already been delivered to the courier, unfortunately, it will not be possible to stop sending and cancel the order.

Refunds of returned items

• When the product arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect whether it has not changed its appearance as described in the Terms of returned items. 
• The money will be transferred to the same bank account where the order was placed in the coming days. After the authentication process, the money will be transferred within 14 days. 
• Unfortunately, we cannot refund if the condition has not been met. We will inform you by email when we receive the returned good and when it passes/fails the authentication/condition inspection.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and investigate on which end the mistake was made. If the mistake appeared due to our mistake - a customer will be compensated. However, if the mistake was made and it was out of our control - no guarantees of compensation can be given. Nevertheless, keep in mind that we try to package every item as safely as possible by adding bubble wrap, extra protection papers and other measures to prevent damage to the shipped products.
